In 2009, Architect Fredelito V. Unipa finished his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the Manuel L. Quezon University, Quiapo Manila. He got his license by the year 2011 and acquired extensive experiences from Jose Siao Ling and Associates (an architectural firm) ranked from architectural assistant to junior architect and Whiteport Inc. (WPI – a construction firm) ranked from project architect position to site superintendent until 2016.

During his tenure with WPI Company, he established FVU Architekt Services (Architects, Engineers, and Designers) an architectural firm, with him as the Principal Architect. From modest beginnings and faced with many challenges and difficulties that an upstart architectural firm encounters, the firm have grown steadily and dramatically over the past twelve (12) years. Started in the year 2012, FVUA has accumulated well over 200 projects to date.

In 2016 up to present, FVUA company engaged to design and build.
